I live in the Mansions and we love our flat! VERY spacious, well laid out and overall nice fittings.
I'd recommend it if you're looking for a place in the Marina. Plus, we love being walking distance to Yacht Club, Marina Mall and JBR!
I dont live in the Mansions, but I pay cooler charges per month, they charge on square footage. Our's is 4.1fils per square foot. The mansions do like nice thou, Im looking to move buildings shortly, may take a look.

We have started lookng for a bigger apt in the Marina as we now have a baby , we looked at Marina Mansions and they are huge , just wondering if anyone has any feedback for that block?
Also it seems we would need to pay the chiller fees , estate agent says its between 300-600dhs per month , does this seem bout right?
