My phone isn't sending texts today or last night i am recieving texts and am able to make phonecalls but not able to send texts anyone else having this problem ??

I have constant problems with my du phone, despite having credit/paid renewal/compatible handset/allegedly having a signal/being in my own front room etc etc. My only advice as a Du user of 3 years (more fool me!) is to live with it - in my experience it will be resolved eventually anyway, without multiple frustrating phone calls to customer services. Incidentally, my problems worsened when I switched to a "dual SIM" phone. Had to give up on the dual bit in the end.

My DH just had same problem; could receive texts, calls etc. Could make calls, but no texts. Turned out that Du, even though they did have it the first few months of his new subscription, they now lost his CC-details??? So his bill had not been payed...how did they loose his details??? Gut real pain, as he had to go to their office to give details again :(

Is your phone up for yearly renewal? That happened to me but on Etisilat. Let me make a few calls but not text? If not, maybe its the phone thats not working properly??
