Hi Emma..we live in Alma in Ranches and have had du for some time...at the moment signal is absolutely fine. When we did have a problem in the past however it took them over 4 weeks to fix, and that was only after us chasing them. We got the usual "someone will call you back wth 24...48 hours" brush off several times. When it was eventually fixed they refused to refund for the time we had no service....

About a month ago we had DU tv/internet/phone installed in our villa in Arabian Ranches. While the internet and phone work fine the DU box for the tv worked for about 2 weeks and hasnt worked since...
My husband phoned DU this morning and was told there was a problem with the tv signal in the Ranches and thats why we havent had tv for a fortnight.... it sounds like a BS excuse to me... is anyone else experiencing this problem??
