Got duckleg that needs to be used in the next few days ... anyone has made a delicious dish with duck leg and willing to share your recipe ... ???

cover them with salt and put in fridge for 24 hours. remove the salt and put the legs skin up in oven-proof dish. cook in centre of oven very slowly for a few hours and you get confit de canard.
