Al Waha is basically the same design as Laylan. Just we don't have the outside staircase from the top balcony on the 4 bedroom. Al Waha has the pool open. Gym not open yet and I still haven't figured out if there is a toilet by the pool

Not sure about Waha, but Layan which is next door is 135kfor a 3 bedroom villa. Its a great place to live, especially now that we have a propper road however the supermarket, Gym, salon and Laundry are still not open. :(
