It is etisilat and they are in the process of upgrading to the fibre optics cabels, so you should be able to get it when you move in. Nice place to live, even nicer if they ever fix the swimming pool!!!

I imagine Etisalat, that was my provider when I lived in the Gardens, so it would probably be the same for GVV.
