Im seeking a good hair colourist in the JLT or Dubai marina area.
I had a girl do my hair just before christmas, and i wanted a chocolate brown colour,
She turned my hair BLACK!!! for weeks at work everyone kept saying have you dyed your hair black!
so i need someone who is going to be able to cover the greys seeping through and also someone who knows what they are doing.
Any suggestions?
