This is where the EW search is sooooo goooooood! I had the same problem a few years ago and got a recommendation from here. If you put in Ariston into the search you'll get recommendations. Emirates Trading Agency - are the Agents for Ariston in Dubai. 8004815 toll free 04 3383949/3385200 Ext 600/601/603 Thank you for the details but when I called them they said they only did stand alone fridges and not intergrated ones??!?! Was yours a stand alone fridge? I have used them (recommended by sinderelle on here) a couple of times for repairs and they are wonderful.

If you go to a place which sells these machines eg Carrefour, Geant, DG Sharaf you can ask them to refer you to a repairman/maintenance guy. They usually use outside contractors.

Does anyone have a contact number for an engineer who can fix fridges and ovens? Make of fridge and oven is Ariston. I have spent most of yesterday trying to find a maintenance guy but no one does Ariston. TIA
