Try Marks & Spencer or you can call them first before going there. Had the same problem 2 weeks ago, was not able to get one since my DS is size 5 and their smallest size is 6.

if ur looking for something inexpensive, head straight to Meena Bazaar (Bur Dubai) and if you're standing outside the Dreamgirls store, keep walking left... past the filafel guy... past the small electronics store & supermarket and then you'll come to a store selling all sorts of clothes for kids... they have a whole range of formal suits for boys (from as young as two years old!)... check it out... not very high quality and most of the suits are just 50-60dhs... but if it's just for a one off wear then I strongly recommend it!
