Holiday suggestions for April travel with 5 month old?

Hi all - I'm needing a bit of help in planning a short holiday for my DH and my 5 month old DD. Must travel by the end of April. Looking for a nice resort where we can just relax and soak up some sun in a beautiful setting. We went to Koh Samui last year...any other suggestions for a family friendly place??? Was originally thinking Maldives or Seychelles. TIA
