I can't ever find meat that doesn't expire the following day...you all must be lucky to keep meat in the fridge for 2 days!!! I buy and cook the same day or else it gets tossed. :( if it looks ok and smells ok then it will be ok - regardless of the label, imo. It's the smell...you know the acrid smell of decaying meat...that's what sends it straight to the bin. Oh also the sticky residue that appears between the meat and the packaging. *I think I just threw up in my mouth* :(

If marinated in red wine, it will keep 3 to 4 days no problems as the meat is technically cooked by alcohol.

Depends on how what you have marinated it in . If just oil, 3 days should be fine for beef.

If you marinated it yourself 2 days but if you bought it marinated only 1 day as my son (a butcher) says that some stores marinate or crumb the meat that only has a couple of days fridge life left in it.
