How to deal with furniture problem at 2XL?
about a month ago we bought a sofa set from 2XL. we received it a week later. 2 days after that i find a problem with the set. there are nails under the upholstery that haven't been hit in all the way and they are sticking out and pushing against the fabric. i believe that if left. they would eventually tear holes in the upholstery. i called them. and they said they would repair the problem and send the set back. We received the set yesterday and it looked horrible. the fabric was dirty. and they had undone the fabric and reupholstered it. only you can see the places where it was once stitched and undone. it looked like an old sofa set.
we sent it back again. and they are refusing to refund us the cost of the set. instead insist we choose something else from the store (our set is all sold out). we don't want anything. we want our money.
we've been dealing with this issue for over a month! and i'm sick of it!
