Ok, I found the owner! I couldn't really go back to sleep so I leashed the dog (I have a dog leash which I bought before as I thought I could teach my siamese how to walk on a leash).. Anyway I was on my way to take the dog for a walk hoping that she/he will lead me to the owner's house and suddenly I found one lady coming toward me with unbreashed hair totally happy that she found her dog, she gave the dog lot of kisses and didn't accept to take the leash but she held the dog in her arms.. She thanked me like 100 times saying that words are not enough to describe how happy she is and that I am an angel.. etc... She said that husband couldn't sleep so he decided to wash his car at 4am, the dog sneaked out from the main door and after he finished washing the car, he went inside and didn't find the dog so th wife woke up and started looking all around... I met also another lady who was walking her dog and trying to help the owner to find the missing dog.. The lady had tears in her eyes so I honestly forgot to ask about the long nails but she said that we will meet again as she wants us to be friends.. so if I met her again I am gonna ask about the nails! And the dog is well fed, I mean she is not skinny at all but I guess the cat's food smell attracted her and that's why she ate a lot from it.. And also she is not smelly at all and didn't have any dirt around her eyes.. I am glad I found the owner quickly and I have to thank my 2 cats who woke me up when they heard someone messing up with our garbage outside!!!

she looks terribly neglected but must have been getting food from somewhere recently. Hopefully when you take her to the vet she will have a chip. Did you call K9?

I found this little dog messing up with my garbage early morning today.. the dog is black and white and she was starving... her nails are loooong... She is wearing a brown collar with some silver on it.. She responds to come here and No.. I dont have any doggie food except some biscuit treats so she ate some in addition to 3 bags of felix and lot of dry food.. I don't know if it is female or male.. I think a male but not really sure.. The doggie was actually messing up with my garbage as there is some old cat food inside.. I cannot keep the dog at all, there is no question.. I have a maid coming at 9am tomorrow so I will not be able to take the dog to a vet before 1pm.. She or he is now is in my garden.. If you know this dog or if you live in Springs 2 and saw this dog before with his owner, please call me on zero five zero eight eight 400 eight eight..
