yes its a blood purifier....had it years ago but i still remember the awful taste!! I'm sure its available in most pakistani shops in dubai.

Yep, Adil has it and I've seen it at West Zone in Discovery Gardens too. It tastes like prune juice.

It’s a herbal syrup you can get it from any Pakistani grocery in sharjah or dubai.

Try Aadil.. They might have it. Its a blood purifier. According to the package, it "corrects the digestive system, relieves constipation, prevents and cures boils, pimples, and skin eruptions." http://www.hamdard.com.pk/safi.html
