I haven't tried anything from it yet but my Mum was complaining that, yes they take 30 mins to cook but you need to have everything chopped up and measured in advance.
I love it. I've only done one of the recipes (tray chicken) and, not including some initial prep of getting things together and cleaned, etc, it did take 30 minutes. It took all my concentration and I did have to tell DH to stop talking to me, but it worked!
IF you want a really good 30 minute cook book, try Nigel Slater - he has done some really good ones, also for quick deserts...
