You need to make sure when booking that you need the sam person week in and week out. some agencies work like this - others don't. I used Howdra and I always had the same girl and I was able to book her for evening babysitting too.
For those of you who have regular agency maids, do they send the same person? We'd like someone 3 half days a week plus ad hoc babysitting and would ideally perfer the same person. My DH works from home and as they will be under his supervision it'll make likfe easier if they know the ropes! TIA
