I am arranging a visa for a sri lankan girl who came in on a tourist visa.
The new visa has been issued, but she has to leave the country as she came in on a tourist visa, and re enter on the new visa. Where can she go? Although it will be a straightforward journey out and back on the next plane, most countries require a visa to get on the plane. Is Kish still operating?
