NEVER ... expect DH to get it right ...
my DH went out for milk and came back with a 2ltr tub of drinking yoghurt ... and an Ipad....
DH took the drinking yoghurt back and complained that the milk was ORRF ! only to be explained that it was infact drinking yoghurt ... he is still not convinced .. he says "THEY" will tell him anything .....
as for the Ipad .. well there's another story
and yes I would take it back and complain profusely ...
Well, the DH is right. When its unavoidable and I send him out for something, I'm as specific as possible (the juice on the third shelf from the bottom in the large blue bottle with the pink lid and the writing in white on the side)- and he will still get it wrong. And come back, not with an Ipad, but with the expensive Ipad knockoff that never works properly.
But the milk just reminded me of that thread not so long ago about all the dodgy food in the stores ...

Never seen that before...wouldn't trust it to be honest. Probably not worth the stress of trying to communicate the problem to the staff in the shop IMHO.
I just bought a new thing of Al Marai milk, and came home to find that DH has also bought one. Exactly the same - except, one is only 3/4 of the way full. Is that normal? Do I return the one that is only partially full?
