I went for the 1st time this morning and they have now installed a gate, so the play area does not open straight out onto the street anymore. This was one of the reasons I'd not been. I found it very nice, however, a few things they need to change, such as putting crisps/sweets at child height by the reception desk. Obviously expecting children to help themselves and expect the parent will pay. Yeah right! Also toilets/changing areas up a step staircase, which isn't good when carrying baby/toddler (should have them downstairs). Apart from that, nice place and will take my kids back there.

Hi, I go every Monday and find the place to be okay, sure the door opens out on to the street, but the gate should be locked and to be honest, you should be looking out for your child anyway, it's not down to the responsibility of the workers... I am happy with the place and I did take me 10 year old son once to help out with the younger one and he fully enjoyed himself too... It's down to an individual opionion really. Nippy

it was quite a mess when we went for our last party there... THREE parties happening simultaneously... the party helpers are absolutely useless... they were letting toddlers stand around close to the pinata while kids were hitting it with a metal pipe!!! i had the ambulance on speed dial (just in case)... personally i felt it was wayyyy too crowded and so much confusion... but sometimes that's not such a bad thing... ur call...

Probably more suitable for younger ages but Ive seen a few kids around that age there (and certainly having fun) - mostly 2-4s though...

It's probably the max age for it and have lots of parental help. Entrance door not really well designed and goes straight into street
