We were searching for a MC Bungalow as well, and had no luck. We ended up looking at the 3 bedrom +study townhouses and actually really liked the layout and the study was plenty big to be used as a 4th bedroom, plus it had 2 lounge areas...so we went with that. Have you tried driving around looking for "to let" signs? That may be your best bet! Good Luck!
