Need a 3bedroom villa in Springs for April 2011
Ladies...
I am desperately looking out for a good spacious 3 bedroom villa in Springs (I've seen Springs 1 and 2 and they seem to have quite nice communities)...
Unfortunately none of the property agents are entertaining my requests because they're only interested in immediate leases (max they will wait is three weeks) so they have asked me to call them at the end of March..
I have to give a 2 months notice at my current place so need to make sure i can get in somewhere by the end of that time... or i'll be homeless with a 3 yr old!!!
If any of you have neighbours or friends moving out of their villas by the end of March or early April can you plssssss ping me in here so that I can speak to them!!

I'm not limited to just Springs... any area is fine... but my budget for a 3 bedroom with maids is 130K and I can pay the landlord in 1 cheque...
