Need to have my ring made bigger - where?

DH bought me a new ring for my birthday. :) We had to have it sized smaller but now it feels too tight with my other ring next to it :( We got it at the Gold and Diamond Park and we stay in Mirdif. Is there anywhere closer on my side that can now make it a little bigger? (Somewhere with a workshop on site so it doesn't take days to get it back?) Just saves me the trip.... Thanks
