Honestly do not even try to do all the paperwork yourself it is a massive headache. Just go straight to a Tadbeer center. They are the official government agencies for this stuff now and they will ...
Yes you can with a license third party company and they will give NOC.

Honestly do not even try to do all the paperwork yourself it is a massive headache. Just go straight to a Tadbeer center. They are the official government agencies for this stuff now and they will handle the visa typing and medical tests for you. It costs a little bit more in fees but it saves you weeks of stress. Just make sure your Ejari and tenancy contract are actually in your name before you go.

No, you generally cannot legally hire a maid who is not under your sponsorship in the UAE. A domestic worker sponsored by another family is only allowed to work for that sponsor. Hiring her privately can lead to fines or legal issues for both of you. Legal options: Sponsor the maid yourself. Hire through a licensed Tadbeer or maid service that provides workers on their visa.

You usually cannot hire a maid who is not on your sponsorship to work in your home in the UAE. If she is sponsored by another family, she is legally allowed to work only for them. Working for someone else can cause fines or problems for both sides. The legal ways are: either sponsor the maid yourself, or hire through licensed Tadbeer centers that provide domestic workers on their visa. This way the contract, visa, and insurance are all legal and clear.

You can either hire a maid and give her a visa, or you can hire a maid on an hourly or weekly basis via an officially licensed maid service. Don't just hire a Domestic Worker who claims she has her "own visa" and is working independently; these women are working in the UAE illegally. Any maids working with her "own visa" or employers who hire them can get fined and/or arrested. Plus, you never know what kind of work "activities" those maids are doing to get additional money. For yours and your family's safety, DO NOT hire maids/nannies in the UAE claiming they have their own visa sponsorship. If they steal from your home, you can't even be protected under UAE law since you decided to hire an illegal maid.
