I called them once they said if neither I nor DH were local then we weren't to call them! how odd! i'm british and they were super helpful. i rang them from the balcony when a building site was in full swing at 1 am. i had to bellow at them to make myself heard it was so horrendous. they sent someone straight away, closed the site, andmade them stick to certain timings from then onwards. i was surprised and very happy by how efficient they were!

Does anyone have the number for municipality noise people? 800 900 i've had very good experiences with them including them sending a sound engineer at 1 am and closing down a building site!
