I know about the KHDA ruling but how is it with nurseries? They fall under MOSA. Our nursery asks for 3000 Dirham re-enrolment fees paid NOW or we lose the space. Is that legitimate? Does the KHDA ruling have any impact on that? Has anyone been in touch with MOSA?

We did comlained long time ago with Raffles nursery via KHDA and they had to change what they were asking for as KHDA came back with their (was it a rule???) answer of 500dhs(clearing my throat here). I think it was because Raffles was asking this at all levels, not only in the nursery years.
