We ate at the pool so just food like salads, pizza, meat stuff etc... I found the menu very expensive to be honest. 35 aed for a mocktail. side fries 35 aed, salads about 80 aed. Probably cos I'm used to using Entertainer vouchers for food everywhere too!
I've made a list of when they expire and I am working through them. Might try and book Fairmont for next weekend, got to make sure DH is off work first!
Make sure call soon, as I did find it quite difficult to get an appointment, it was lovely though and would do it again for sure!
DH and I did the Fairmont last Friday with the voucher....... the best massage and spa experience in my life! The spa itself is so huge and I had the jacuzzi, aromatherapy steam room, foot baths and chill out room with fruit and drinks all to myself! We went early to use spa before massage, then sunbathed at pool all day, then used spa again. The spa is only for people that have treatments so brilliant.
You get 3 hours free valet parking, then it's 25 aed per hour, so that was our only gripe as we thought it would be free all day. In future we would just park in front of hotel as free on a friday!

Ohhh I've got that 90 min fairmont massage voucher I cant wait to use it! Did you use the facilities aswell AdviceSeeker? I've bought quite a fewvouchers lately for massage, now just got to find the time to use them heh.
Lol I'm the same, been buying them whenever I see them and am trying to use them all now before they expire! I didn't get a chance to use the facilities as I totally forgot that we could, but there's a spa, steam room, "foot spa" (kind of like a small fountain to put your feet in cold water???) Relaxation room, and I think there's a pool and a sauna as well... they all looked really nice and would have used them if I had the time that day. The massage was really nice and it was a full 90 minute massage (not 60 min massage 30 min relaxation like at some other places). You can use the facilities as long as you like.

I've had good and not-so-good experiences with the websites.
Booked a two person 90 minute massage at the Fairmont Spa for 50% off and it was fantastic! really lovely experience, no problems with the voucher, don't get treated any worse because you have a voucher etc....
A not-so-good experience has been with another voucher bought for a fishing trip, whenever I call they're "fully booked" and will call back later, or they are not allowed to sail because of bad weather so will call back later, however I've yet to receive a call even though I have called several times, and now the voucher is about to expire... they've said over the phone that they'll let me use it even though it will expire, however who knows... have written to the deal providing site about it and am waiting for a response, so we'll see...
I think it comes down to the company providing the offer, some are actually really good, others not so good.... just have to make sure you pick the right one!
Food on click dot com - it has deals for restaurants but I think it's only for home delivery. It is a great service though and very easy to use. I've used them twice - no problems at all.
