My outlook keeps giving me a failure to launch message. I have installed it 3 times and tried but still no dice.

Anyone else have this problem. Any suggestions to fix it?

do you have to use Outlook? Even the new Office 2011 doesn't work that well on my Mac. I've even abandoned Entourage and just use iCal and iMail - much easier! probably haven't helped you much...sorry!
