You can order one from Amazon and shop and ship it. Shipping is a bit pricey (as the pump is large and heavy) but worth it in the end. We have had to do that once.

Tried this, not strong enough to get sand from the bottom. I've had two different pool companies round who couldn't do it either because the pump that comes with the pool is not strong enough. Anybody know where I can buy a bigger pump, already tried Carrefour and Ace? Anybody recommend a pool shop that would sell them? Thanks
