I need to get my rental lease/contract registered as soon as possible (may have a possible dispute with Landlord) and I am not entirely sure whether it should be registered with RERA or Ejari (I know that a Landlord has to register his property with Ejari) if anyone has done this, please advise and can I do this online? I have been reading the sights but sometimes I'm just not sure what I should be doing but I do know that I need to get it registered and quickly. Thank you.

when I did it which was a while ago it didnt cost anything so presuming nothing has changed it should still be free

you'll need your tenancy contracts passport copies (you and landlord) and a copy of his title deed all of these you should have copies of. and yeah its the lands department building on the creek near the sheraton hotel
