Springs - which have pools & which don't??!!

Sorry ladies... I'm horribly confused now... we're in between hunting out for Springs 3Ms to move into but then the stupid real estate agents don't seem to know whether facilities have pools and parks and lakes or not... they just say all have them and then when we try to find one the security guy says 'no pool here!'
I have visited a few... and have now compiled my own 'pool list':
Springs 3 - no pool
Springs 9 - no pool but estate agents say you can use the one in Springs 8
Springs 10 - no pool
can u ladies be of more help...
