I got some at Candelite... the little Candy store in Oasis... and its also in all the supermarkets in the dry fruit section.

Have a look in candylishious ( sorry not sure this is the right spelling). The shop is on the ground floor in the Dubai mall opposite the aquarium. They have a good selection near the popcorn
