Urgent Help-Maid Visa Cancellation
Hi Mums,
I need urgent help to know the steps I may take to assist a relative in getting her employer to cancel her maid visa due to medical reasons. She has worked for her employer for 2years and recently renewed visa for another year. During her working period after the 2 years she developed gastrointestinal bleeding in which as I write this her stool is poop & blood. She saw a GP who recommended that her madam take her to a specialist in order to be treated and determine the real cause of the symptom. Its been more than 3 weeks and her employer doesn't bother taking her to hospital.....all she did was purchase some painkillers and give her. She is too weak to work but she still wakes up at 5am and sleeps past midnight everyday even with her condition. She has asked several times to be taken to hospital since she doesn't hold her emirates card nor is she allowed to keep her passport. The only response her employer tells her is "She will put a lifetime ban if she doesn't honor the contract and asks to go back home".
I need to know if anyone knows what measures we can take to ensure she doesn't get a ban but also her employer cancels her visa so she can go home and get proper treatment. She's a very humble lady and has no issues with her employer until recently when her health came into the picture. Am really concerned about her health and staying here will only make things worse. Her employer is not picking my calls. How do I get her employer to cancel her visa without putting false accusations to put a Ban on her? We have copies of the Doctor's report and Lab tests done.
Please ladies help me out to help her...Please.
