do not exit, drive to trade center roundabout, turn around, back to SZR facing AD, and drift to the right lane, very soon there is a sign for monarch hotel This is best. Take first service road as you are heading back and turn right back towards the hotel. It's easy - you can see it! Yum, yum, have a crab cake to start with and a nice filet! :D

Go off by the Shangri-La hotel and then approach the Monarch Hotel from the back. There might be an easier way but I don't know it!
