You could increase the garlic and omit the vinegar... Also I like the cold feta on top (as per the recipe) but DH likes to stir it in to get a bit melty in the pan.
Ooh that sounds good - will try that next time! Last time I just ended up marinating with olive oil, rosemary, lemon juice, salt and pepper and then sticking them in the frying pan - turned out pretty good!
