Dubai Librairy (the shop on Sheik Zayed Road, right side if you come from Abu Dhabi to Dubai, that has a big green fountain pen (lightened at ight) usually have them. Be careful, they have the "GCC hours" : I they are closed in the afternoon, reopen at 5pm (is I remember well)
