You might need to go to a stationery store for that! I haven't seen it anywhere down there - sorry! But you could find it a big supermarket like Geant - in the stationery section. I also don't know what it is called, been trying to get some for work and just get odd looks!

My best friend is due back from her home country with her new baby. I want to decorate her place for her & the lil one. Husband hasn't got a clue what to do, I had to tell him to go get her some flowers at least. Anyway, I want to buy some banners, like "new baby' and 'welcome home' and decorate the room with a couple of helium ballons. All pretty in pink. Any ideas where I can get reasonably priced decorative stuff like this in New Dubai area (pereferably). Need quick answer, as she's arriving on the weekend.
