Midol is not available here.... don't know of any equivalent. Have you tried Ponstan Forte? It'll help with the cramps, but not with other PMS symptoms.

Im suffering from sever menstral related cramps + other PMS related discomforts... i just removed my IUD so there is a huge hormonal fluxuation happening... it has made me almost emobile... i used to get sever cramps when i was younger and MIDOL really helped... but the pharmacy here said they dont have Midol... Can someone tell me where i cna find Midol or a similar product in Dubai or UAE.... :\:
