I would complain to Cobone. I also wouldn't let them know that you have a voucher when booking. Book the appointment, and then turn up with the voucher.

Yes defo complain to Cobone. Someone mentioned a similar problem with a Gonabit deal on here where the company had no dates left up to the voucher expiry date!

Did you tell them you have a voucher when you were trying to book? Perhaps just make the booking and then rock up with the voucher! i would do this. act all innocent when you present the voucher upon payment :D

I would imagine that they only allocate a % of their bookings each day for this ? And of course they probably lie as well..............

Sooo Peeved !! Wanted to surprise DH and wanted him to relax before we head off for this big trip and got a voucher for him. Nothing fancy but a salon in Barsha that offered an hour of full body massage, moroccan bath, head massage and hot oil treatment.. And now that I call them up to book an appointment, the guy answering the call says they are booked till April !!!! He wouldn't waste a breath before answering Fully Booked for all the dates I asked for.. Any Idea, someone I could speak to about it??? :( :( :( :( :(
