Never used a chiro for myself. DH is kind of addicted to it...
I have a close friend and my brother who are both addicted too. It definitely helps with the pain relief (temporarily), but they can't stop going. And that gets expensive...
I was like that after seeing Malcolm Gregory (osteopath) in Mirdif week past Saturday. Love the back clicking back into place, it feels like it should hurt but it doesnt. Lovely feeling, keep floating :)
Just been for my first chiropratic session.
Had no idea how much pain I was actually in. Only the first session and a long way to go but wow what a difference already.
Not sure how I feel in the morning as it was bloomin' painful but for now I feel like a lead weight has been lifted
