The exceptional climate is what attracts expats from various regions to move to Dubai. Locals and tourists enjoy the outdoors at Dubai's lavish beaches outside of the summer months.

3. Fascinating architecture

Dubai's futuristic vision of becoming the world's most modern city in a short span of time is inspiring. The most visible display is in Dubai's architecture. The Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest skyscraper in the world, reaches 829.8 metres in height.

Its engineered design is different from traditional skyscrapers in the world. The structure will consist of a minaret shaped slim tower with lily flower patterns, securely anchored to the ground by sturdy cables. The Tower will have an oval-shaped observation deck, providing panoramic views of Dubai's coastline.

4. Safe and secure

Dubai is one of the safest places in the world. The World Economic Forum (WEF) revealed the United Arab Emirates is the third safest place in the world, with Qatar and Finland ranked 2nd and 1st. Travelling throughout Dubai is safe during any time of the day and night.
Crime is rare and theft is extremely low. Do not panic if you accidently leave your belongings in the open.
