Dubai Area Guide: Al Barari

Al Barari is a lush residential area of Dubai filled with villas, which are set in their own landscaped paradise with infinity pools, water features, entertaining areas and roof-top terraces.

It is definitely one of the greenest areas in Dubai and is located just off the old Emirates Road after Global Village.... Tucked away down a foliage lined road. You don't feel like you're in Dubai driving down it- it's so quiet and secluded!

There are five residential areas to choose from in Al Barari, that are either already established or up and coming. They include Seventh Heaven, Ashjar, The Reserve, The Nest and The Residences.

There are four types of villa available with 6 or 7 bedrooms available. They are called Dahlia, Bromelia, Camellia and Acacia. Rentals start from around 550,000 AED per year up to 700,000 AED and there are quite expensive monthly community fees as well. There are also plenty of lifestyle amenities available to enjoy in the area.

The Common Parklands form the bulk of the spaces between the Al Barari Leaf Clusters. The Common Parklands have a variety of spaces and are linked through a naturalistic waterway system that meanders through the parklands. Various Themed Gardens are also scattered around the development.

So if you fancy living the high life surrounded by beautiful gardens this is the place for you!

It's also close to the lovely restaurant called The Farm and the Greenworks nursery for the green fingered amongst you. The Boutique Centre will, when opened, have six-star hotel facilities and resort villas, that sit on a lake and an up-hill garden setting, with serviced apartments, a private members club, spa retreat, health club, cinema/auditorium, corporate offices, retail and F&B facilities.

Al Barari is suitable for:

Large families and high-income earners, or young couples who seek a greener lifestyle in the emirate.

How to get there:

It is located just off the old Emirates Road, near Global Village. Take Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road north-bound. Loop back on yourself near the Industrial Area junction, back onto SMBZR and the Al Barari exit will be on your right.

Hidden away, surrounded by foliage, Al Barari is a lush paradise and perfect for anyone seeking greenery here in Dubai. There's plenty of activities, restaurants and entertainment to enjoy during your life here. It's still up and coming, with lots of plans for expansion so we're looking forward to seeing how everything is finished!
