Layan offers Mediterranean style villas and apartments on the outskirts of Arabian Ranches situated along the Dubai Bypass Road.
They are considered to be quite "far out" of town but they are not really- they are close to MotorCity, which is a popular and commercially successful neighbourhood of Dubailand. The Arabian Ranches Polo Club very close and it is only 5 minutes to Arabian Ranches and Le Marche and approximately 15 minutes to Mall Of The Emirates. There are some bargains to be had here too.
