Looking to buy a small bottle of acetone. Used to buy at Sallys Hairdressing/Beauty supplies in UK but struggling to find it here. Any advice?

Thanks for your replies. I thought I had found some at Madi International (the girls working there assured me it was 100% acetone) but it turns out it's not, it's actually nail varnish remover that contains acetone. I'm still on the hunt for it (it's not the same as varnish remover - it's much stronger) and if anyone finds any I'd love to hear where. Will try J&J (thanks for the suggestion).

There is a small shop on the Airport Road opposite the Qatar Airways Cargo dept next to Darwish Trading and they sell Nail supplies and Hair supplies.

There is a beauty supply shop on Al Saad St.....across from Royal Plaza Mall......next to Al Muftah department store....cannot remember name of it but sells lots of nail products so maybe try there.

If it's not a shellac nail thing -- there are 2 types of nail polish remover here (as well as in North America) some contain acetone, some do not (and they are worthless even for regular nail polish IMHO). REad the labels carefully - and I imagine your local "saloon" can advise.

There is a beauty supply shop here but I cannot remember the name of it...it is on the salwa road if you drive past the ramada towards Saudi...I would say it's about 1/2 mile or so on the right hand side. It's in a little strip mall on the end. The girls at glo told me about it when I was looking for a specific ccolor of nail polish. I know it's closed fri a.m.s. Sorry I don't have more info.

I assume you're looking for the "pure" acetone to remove Shellac Nails ??? I never found it for sale here, but the little salon behind Landmarks {called J&J } used to give me some. Be careful, some of the other nail salons tried to remove it by filing it off ... !!!!
