I am searching for a compactum (baby changing table which holds the bath and is longer than the usual changing tables in Mothercare/Babyshop).

Does anyone know where I can find this? I have been looking for a few months for one in the UAE, but with no luck. I dont know if the word "compactum" is not known in Dubai, but no one seems to know what I am referring to...
