DH has a new job in Abu Dhabi so looking to move from downtown to somewhere close to AD with good access to SZR. Our budget is around 110k for a 2 b/r....Springs seems very cheap but not sure if this has easy access to SZR during peak times...any recommendations? thanks!

Getting in and out during the morning and evening rush used to be a nightmare, not sure if it has improved recently........the Greens now offers quicker access to SZR

bump. Sorry to hijack. We have the same issue. Maybe anyone can help. I would be also grateful to get to now the average additional cost we would have for a 3 bed villa (DEWA, gardener, maintenance fee??, ... Thanks when we were n springs we paid 200 dhs a month for gardener six days a week....

yep easy access u do get traffic build up around 7 ish onwards leaving the springs.... also on the way home on the SZ rd....depends on what time his leaving...we live by the emirates rd, my dh commutes from there he found its easeier and less traffic then when we lived in the springs. Have u thought about the ranches u have alma townhouses which are newer than the springs? u might be able to get something there in ure budget as well.
