Are there apartments in the complex of buildings with the Rotana hotel near the Dubai Mall on the opposite side of the elevated highway that goes out to Business Bay?
If they are, do you know what the name of the complex is?
How much a 3 bed might be?
And, if you live there, what do you think of it?
Our rental contract is up in April and DH & I have always been intrigued by that building's architecture and style, we thought we might investigate apartment living now that LO's are getting older...

Hi Faifunghi Dh and I looked at these apartments beginning of last year and from memory they were around 190 for 3 bed. I liked the quirky style but the interior of the apartments were quite dated/tired looking. Think you would have better value for money in the Old Town area Rehan etc which will give you fab views of Burj and easy access to the Mall. Take a drive to the Murooj apartments. They have an office area at the rear of the building which deals with rentals and someone will show you what they have available. HTH
