you can but it is rare and difficult to find, I would check the short term rentals page on Dubizzle. I think you will find that it is cheaper to sign up for the 12 months with the option of giving 3 months notice to break the contract.

Have a look on Dubizzle. When I was looking about 3 weeks ago I know there was an apartment in Goldcrest Tower which was only a six month let but that was because it was rented by a company and the company was basically resubletting with the Landlord's consent. They are out there.

Has anyone done this? I have seen there is a lot available but we only want to sign a contract for 6 months at the moment as me and hubby changing jobs and want to see how it works. As it is closer to AD it would be better to life there. Has anyone an idea which agency I can call or has anyone a 3 bed appartment for rent (prefered with maids room)
