I would think it would be open today - give them a ring..... from JBR I'd get onto Emirates Road and join the Al Ain Road route 66. takes you past the outlet mall and you just stay on there - it's well signposted. About 1.5 hours I seem to remember. There's a location map on their website. http://www.awpr.ae/en/Pages/AU-Location.aspx
