Hi,
I know Susan, she's great but you have to pay PwC prices. I don't think I am allowed to post particular details on here (although I notice some others have below so I'm not sure) but we use my friend's husband in Dubai. He has a UAE based company and he specializes in Americans working and living overseas and charges us at least a fair price. I believe he used to work for PwC actually.
Although we initially used our US accountant at home, we have switched to using Price Waterhouse Coopers. Fee definitely more expensive (is tax deductible next year), but they resubmitted our past expat tax returns and we were refunded a substantial amount. Forms are completed online and the tax preparation staff (based in Doha) completes the return. When I have spoken to the staff to answer/ask questions, they are informed, polite, professional. There is an office in Dubai at Emaar Square -- telephone 04 304 3100. I recently faxed documents to a Susan Ahart there.
We use an accountant back home, but fyi, if you're living overseas, you get an automatic extension without filing till June 15. Also, you can still file married/jointly, which is usually better. You can deduct foreign rent (what you are paying here).
I know a really good one who is very familiar with US tax laws and the good news is she just moved to Dubai. Give me your email if interested, and I will pass it on to her. I know at one point she was so busy she had to stop taking on clients.

We used him a few years ago on the advice of another friend when we sold some property in the US. He is pretty familiar with tax situation of ex-pat Americans and non-Americans with tax obligations in the US.
Good luck!
