i think it depends on what passport you hold but for visitors they have to pay 200

As residents of Dubai, my Husband and I paid 60 dhs / person 2 weeks back for visa's to Oman at the crossing into Mussandam. We later found that some people were being charged 200 per person. I think fees vary based on nationality.

It's true. If you have a UAE resident's visa you pay 200dhs, if you have a UAE tourist visa it's free!! (Providing the exit date is within the 30 days of course.)
